Sometimes you don't need someone to take over delivery. You need someone who can listen, ask useful questions and help you make sense of the options.
I work with founders, CEOs and technical leaders on the product and technology decisions in front of them. That might mean reviewing a development proposal, thinking through an MVP, assessing a supplier, supporting a new technical leader, or working out whether AI has a useful role in the business.
I'll bring a clear view where the evidence supports it, and be honest about what needs investigating. Where useful, I can look at the underlying technology or join a conversation with your team rather than relying only on a description of the problem.
We can focus on a particular decision or work together on an ongoing basis. If more involved support becomes useful, we can discuss it. Advisory doesn't have to lead to a larger piece of work to be worthwhile.
